Meet Crushonna Fason, M.Ed., LPC Associate, LCDC-I
Supervised by Olufemi Olukoya, LPC-S

Crushonna provides individual and group counseling for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, substance use concerns, and other challenges that affect everyday life. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on helping clients feel supported while developing practical skills they can use in their daily lives.
In individual counseling, Crushonna works collaboratively with clients to understand what is bringing them to therapy, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that support their goals. She uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, person-centered counseling, and trauma-informed care.
As a military veteran with a background in behavioral health, education, training, and crisis intervention, Crushonna brings an authentic understanding of military culture, major life transitions, and the transition to civilian life. Her clinical experience includes working with adults, adolescents, families, veterans, and individuals navigating mental health and substance use concerns.
"Creating supportive spaces where clients can build practical skills, gain self-understanding, and navigate life's challenges with confidence."
